Dominique’s Jewelry desires to make every reasonable effort to maintain customer satisfaction by providing the highest level of service; however, no refunds, exchanges, or store credit are possible on custom-designed jewelry as these items are uniquely designed to meet the specific specifications of clients. Also, for health and hygiene precautions no refunds, exchanges, or store credit are permissible for body jewelry items. All other merchandise within 10 days of purchase can be, exchanged, or offered for store credit, but must be accompanied by sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Dominique’s Jewelry. our number one priority is to keep all of our customers happy with all of their purchased merchandise. We will gladly accept returned jewelry merchandise, before the 10 day return policy Except Custom Jewelry (NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON CUSTOM OR MODIFIED JEWELRY). Unfortunately due to public health concerns and health department guidelines we are unable to return any body jewelry.

Do you have a Return Policy?
Yes we do, Dominique’s Jewelry has a 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee after the shipping date on every product you pay for EXCEPT Body Jewelry & Custom Designed Jewelry. If you are not satisfied with the product you can either 1) call us (661)299-6765. or email us at email@example.com and we will give you further instructions to receive your money back. All products must be returned along with the packaging material. We are not responsible for any additional charges when returning a product. When complete orders are returned, shipping charges will not be refunded only the total of merchandise purchased. Customers will receive a refund for any returned products (except body jewelry) Only if it is the First time the customer is returning any merchandise. If a customer would like to return the merchandise for a second refund, the customer will be charged 15 % restocking fee. Please note that this policy applies only to sales conducted and processed on-line at Dominique’s Jewelry website. Sales conducted at Dominique’s Jewelry retail location may have differing return and exchange policies which will be explained at point of sale by the associated sales representative.

We’re not responsible for any additional charges for returning a product. Any customer returning merchandise shall pay for shipping charge and insuring the package. We are NOT responsible for any additional charges when returning a product. When returning ANY item (Broken or for an Exchange) please make sure you pay Insurance for the package you will be returning. If package is lost we are NOT responsible for it. Once we receive your item, we will send you your product with FREE shipping if it is the FIRST time you return any items.

ATTENTION Hawaii Customers: We cannot ship out ANY package via UPS Ground to Hawaii therefore we ask our customers to not select that option. The only shipping available for our customers in Hawaii is 2-Day. If you are prompted to select Ground Shipping, please select our 2-Day option to avoid an extra shipping charge.
ATTENTION International Customers: Please e-mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org if you think the charge of $75 with UPS it too much for your location. If you provide us with your address we will check with UPS and let you know within 24hrs if we can offer a lower shipping cost.
No order is guaranteed to be shipped out the same day it is placed due either they payment processing or other orders pending.
All orders are subject to 1-2 day shipping delay due to other order that have been placed, products may be back ordered or on hold for payment processing.
We will Not Combine any orders’ shipping. There will be NO exceptions made.

Packaging and Return Instruction:
Send your return package back to Dominique’s Jewelry via the Post Office, UPS or other service. (We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise.)
Include name, Order number and Item number(s) of enclosed merchandise.
Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
(Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored.)
Keep your shipping receipt until you have received exchanged item.
Shipping Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the package’s weight and destination.
Value is also determined for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple packages.
First time customers with payment method of COD will be shipped with ONLY UPS Ground.
No additional fees are charged except rates provided by UPS.
Shipping charge is automatically calculated at the time of check out.
Service charge of $9.00 will be applied to all C.O.D shipments.
We do not ship to APO/FPO, P.O Box addresses.
All shipment to overseas customers is responsible for taxes and custom duties.
Cut off time for delivery
All orders with shipping Method of Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day is normally shipped on the same day and all orders with ground shipping method is shipped within 48 hours of order placed, if placed before 12:00P.M(PST) Monday through Friday upon availability of stock.
